Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that valid consent. You may not use QFOXAI where access is prohibited by law, sanctions, export controls, or another binding restriction.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Protect passwords, recovery methods, devices, sessions, and API keys. Do not share accounts in a way that bypasses seat, package, or security limits. Notify support promptly if you suspect compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until QFOXAI is reasonably able to secure it.
Service access, packages, and limits
Access depends on account status, enabled features, active subscription, package period, available credit, and configured limits. A package may include request quotas, token quotas, rolling or weekly windows, output caps, API key limits, image allowances, file storage, seats, or model access. Usage may be measured differently by feature and model. Unused limits do not carry forward unless the package expressly says so.
Billing, renewals, wallet credit, and taxes
Prices, package periods, and included limits are shown before purchase. Payments may require gateway or manual confirmation. Unless a checkout clearly states automatic renewal, a package must be renewed through the available account flow. Wallet and referral credits are platform value, not cash, have no cash-out right, and may be limited to eligible QFOXAI purchases. You are responsible for applicable taxes, gateway charges, and accurate billing information.
Duplicate charges, failed activation, and billing mistakes are handled under the Refund Policy. Initiating an unsupported chargeback or payment reversal may pause access while the transaction is reviewed.
API access and credentials
API keys are secret credentials and must be stored server-side. Do not embed full keys in public code, mobile binaries, browser JavaScript, screenshots, or shared logs. QFOXAI may enforce key expiry, model permissions, IP allowlists, per-minute limits, spend controls, and subscription checks. Public model aliases and endpoint behavior may evolve while maintaining the documented interface where reasonably possible. Additional rules appear in the API Terms.
Your prompts, files, and other input
You retain the rights you hold in content submitted to QFOXAI. You grant QFOXAI a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the requested service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and must not upload secrets or regulated data unless the selected service and your own controls are suitable for it.
Account conversations, repositories, and attachments are not used for model-improvement datasets by default. A separate, explicit opt-in may be offered for selected products as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output and generated media
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, outdated, or similar to content produced for another user. Review and verify output before relying on or publishing it. QFOXAI does not claim ownership of output solely because it was generated through the service, but does not promise that any output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. Rights in AI-generated work vary by jurisdiction and may depend on meaningful human authorship and editing.
You are responsible for checking facts, licenses, trademarks, likeness rights, privacy, and other third-party rights before commercial or public use.
Public gallery and credit marketplace
Private images remain private unless an authorized user chooses to publish them or a permitted review workflow publishes them. By submitting media for public display, you allow QFOXAI to host, resize, watermark, categorize, promote, and display it in connection with the gallery. You confirm that the media and public description do not violate another person's rights.
A premium marketplace purchase uses QFOXAI credits and grants the buyer the download license displayed at purchase. It does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark ownership, publicity rights, or exclusive rights. Platform fees and creator credit are calculated using the settings active when the transaction completes. Completed digital-credit transactions may be irreversible except for a confirmed system error.
Acceptable use
Do not use QFOXAI to break the law, harm people, compromise systems, deceive or defraud, exploit children, create non-consensual intimate content, violate privacy, distribute malware, evade safeguards, manipulate platform usage, or interfere with other customers. Do not resell, white-label, or redistribute access unless your package or a written agreement permits it. The full rules appear in the Acceptable Use Policy and API Abuse Policy.
High-impact and professional decisions
QFOXAI is not a substitute for a qualified professional or accountable human decision-maker. Do not rely on output as the sole basis for medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial or credit decisions, employment decisions, insurance decisions, emergency response, critical infrastructure, or another decision that can materially affect a person's rights, safety, or access to essential services. Apply appropriate expertise, testing, human review, notice, and appeal processes.
Third-party services and integrations
Payment gateways, email services, external websites, customer integrations, and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. QFOXAI is not responsible for their independent acts, content, security, or outages. You are responsible for configuring connected software safely and for giving end users any notices or choices required by law.
Availability, changes, and beta features
QFOXAI works to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network routing, model capacity, connected services, safety checks, payment status, or unexpected failures may affect access. Features, models, limits, and interfaces may be added, changed, deprecated, or removed. Beta or preview features may be less reliable and may change without the notice expected for generally available services.
Enforcement, suspension, and termination
QFOXAI may restrict prompts, throttle traffic, revoke keys, hold marketplace listings, pause payments, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations, unpaid balances, repeated policy violations, or harm to the service or others. Where appropriate, QFOXAI may request verification or give an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the service at any time; account deletion requests follow the available account and review process.
QFOXAI intellectual property and feedback
The QFOXAI name, logos, interface, documentation, software, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service. They do not grant rights to QFOXAI branding, source code, private infrastructure, or confidential information. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, QFOXAI may use it without restriction or compensation, while respecting personal-data obligations.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that output will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, QFOXAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party services, customer content, or reliance on AI output.
You remain responsible for your application, end users, instructions, decisions, published content, connected data, and compliance obligations.
Changes, conflicts, and contact
QFOXAI may update these terms to reflect service, legal, security, or business changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and may be communicated through the account or email where appropriate. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms. A signed enterprise or reseller agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these terms.
