Emergency or crisis situations should be handled through qualified local services, not an AI response alone.
Child safety and sexual exploitation
Any sexual content involving minors, grooming, sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse material, or attempts to create, transform, obtain, or distribute such content are prohibited. QFOXAI may preserve and report information when required by law.
Privacy, identity, and intimate content
Do not obtain, infer, expose, or misuse personal data without lawful authority. Prohibited uses include credential theft, doxxing, stalking, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to deceive, unauthorized biometric identification, or realistic deception that materially harms a person. Clearly disclose synthetic or edited media when context could mislead viewers.
Cybersecurity and system abuse
Do not develop or deploy malware, ransomware, credential theft, destructive payloads, unauthorized access, stealth or persistence mechanisms, phishing kits, botnets, or instructions that materially enable compromise. Authorized defensive testing, secure coding, vulnerability remediation, and educational analysis must stay within systems and data you are permitted to use.
Fraud, deception, and manipulation
Do not use QFOXAI for scams, fake reviews, deceptive earnings claims, forged evidence, payment fraud, identity fraud, market manipulation, academic misconduct, coordinated inauthentic behavior, spam, or communications designed to trick people into surrendering money, credentials, rights, or sensitive information.
Weapons and dangerous materials
Do not request or provide operational assistance that meaningfully enables construction, acquisition, modification, or harmful use of weapons, explosives, or dangerous biological, chemical, or radiological materials. High-level safety, historical, policy, and prevention information may be provided without actionable harmful detail.
High-impact decisions
Do not use QFOXAI as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person's employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, legal rights, medical care, essential services, or similar opportunities. Apply qualified human review, valid evidence, testing, notices, privacy protections, and an appropriate way to challenge a decision.
Intellectual property and public content
Do not upload, generate, publish, or sell content that you know violates copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not falsely claim authorship, endorsement, affiliation, or exclusive ownership. Public and marketplace content must follow the gallery's publication and licensing rules.
Platform, quota, and API misuse
Do not bypass package, model, rate, token, payment, IP, or safety controls; share keys publicly; automate abusive traffic; scrape private systems; probe infrastructure without permission; reverse engineer confidential components; create accounts to evade enforcement; or resell access outside an authorized package or agreement.
Customer responsibility
Use appropriate notices, consent, access controls, testing, monitoring, and human oversight for your application. Review output before publication or action. Protect end-user data and API credentials. If a use case is regulated or unusually sensitive, obtain qualified advice and confirm the selected QFOXAI service is suitable before deployment.
Enforcement and appeals
QFOXAI may block a request, remove public content, hold a marketplace listing, throttle traffic, revoke a key, require verification, suspend an account, or terminate access based on severity, pattern, intent, legal duties, and risk to others. To challenge an action, contact support@qfoxai.com with the account email, relevant request ID or listing, time, and non-sensitive context.
